Dear Ms. Bergren:
On 23-24 Jan your hotel hosted our
annual C-17 Quality Assurance/Supporting Program Integrator Supplier
Conference. Besides taking care of rooming arrangements for
approximately 50 hotel guests, your hotel also provided all the
conference amenities as well as the meals.
I wanted to send you this short note
to express our appreciation to you and your staff for doing such a
professional job in conducting this conference. Every employee I met
asked me if there was anything they could do for us and if
everything was going well and meeting our expectations. Their
positive attitude was contagious and advantageous to the success our
conference had.
In particular, though, I want to
single out Sonya Bergren, who was my point-of-contact from day one.
She is a tremendous asset to your operation. Besides her easygoing
personality, she is always a pleasure to talk to on the phone, and
tremendously professional. Sonya had everything organized so that
the conference came off like clockwork. She was very easy to work
with and was more than accommodating in dealing with me--a rookie
conference "setter upper"--and patiently dealt with all my questions
and concerns, skillfully handling all the details.
