  1. I can't enter my credit card information on the Web site.

    We suggest that your Web browser support Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which protects your sensitive personal information in transit across the Internet. If you do not have SSL, you may encounter errors when trying to submit your personal information. You may still use our site, but we recommend you do not enter your credit card number online; instead, please call us with your credit card number at (800) 762-5333.

  2. Why can't I get through your Web site to make a request while I'm at work?

    Some companies have devices called firewalls protecting their networks, which can block or interfere with secure transactions. Please try accessing our Web site from home or from another location, use our unsecured transaction server, or call us at (800) 762-5333 to place a reservation over the telephone.

  3. I have Web-TV. Are there any problems using your Web site?

    Yes. Currently, Web-TV does not support SSL technology utilized in the TDYPerDiem.com site for security. You may still use our site, but we recommend you do not enter your credit card number online; instead, please call us with your credit card number at (800) 762-5333.
