  1. How do I find out my room assignment?

    You will be assigned your room at the front desk upon checking into the hotel. If you reserve several rooms together they may be placed together, but we cannot guarantee the placement of your hotel rooms.

  2. Can I request a non-smoking room?

    Yes, we do ask that you indicate your preference for a smoking room when you reserve your room with us. To do this, simply select the appropriate option from among the choices on the Room Type page when you make your reservation.

  3. How can I make special requests?

    You may put additional requests and special needs in the box on the Room Type page when you make your reservation, and this information will be forwarded directly to your hotel. We encourage you to contact your hotel prior to arrival and discuss your particular request with hotel staff. Please note that although we will make every effort to ensure that your particular needs are met, we cannot guarantee it.

  4. Who should I contact about my special needs and requests?

    You must contact the individual hotels with questions or concerns about special requests. Contact information is available on each hotel's description page. Please note that although we will make every effort to ensure that your particular needs are met, we cannot guarantee it.

  5. If I don't have a credit card when I check into my hotel, how much of a cash deposit will I be required to provide?

    We will handle the processing and billing of your order at TDYPerDiem, so your deposit and your final bill will be charged to the credit card you provide to us online or via telephone, and you will not be required to present your credit card at the hotel front desk unless you wish to use it for incidental charges such as telephone or room service.

  6. What identification do I need to check in at my hotel?

    You must show a photo ID that matches with the name reserved for the room, which has been guaranteed with your credit card. Please note that you do not have to be the card holder as long as your room reservation is guaranteed by a credit card.

  7. What are the check-in/check-out times for my hotel?

    Check-in and check-out times for each hotel are listed on the individual hotel's property description page. Your hotel will hold your room until you arrive, even if you arrive late, but be aware that if you do not arrive on the date you have specified, you may be charged the first night's deposit on your credit card.

  8. May I upgrade my room?

    Yes. Please e-mail us and we will contact the hotel prior to your check-in. We will notify you by e-mail and the upgrade is subject to availability. If you ask for an upgrade at the front desk, the hotel may charge you over the per diem rate.

  9. May I change the arrival or departure dates of my reservation?

    Yes. You must make the changes 48 hours prior to arrival, or you may be charged the first night's deposit on your credit card.

  10. How can I get either a smoking or a non-smoking room?

    Simply select the appropriate option from among the choices on the Room Type page when you make your reservation.

  11. Are pets allowed in my hotel?

    Each hotel has different policies regarding pets. Please contact your hotel directly for rules and restrictions regarding pets at your hotel.

  12. What if I need a courtesy car?

    Please inquire directly with the hotel for shuttle and courtesy car availability.
